Here's how the fees work to use our service.
First, purchase one of our packages which includes a sign-up fee.

Initially, you purchase a sign-up with our website which gives
you a user account. Additionally you purchase a package which includes listings
for cities or states.
Our website allows you access to the cities and states on a
subscription basis. So, after paying the sign-up fee, you merely purchase
the cities and states you would like to have access to as you need them. Our
normal subscription is for 30days.
So, if you were to buy one of our initial packages, it would include the ability
to use our website, and your purchase cities and states for a period of 30days.
After that 30days,
if you wanted or needed to modify your pages again, you would merely need to
purchase a subscription to the cities and state plan of your choice, no need to
pay our sign-up fee of $250.00again. You're already a member, and with it comes the opportunity of buying
access to the cities and states that you need, when you need it, without paying
a sign-up fee again.
To help prevent account abuse, though, you are limited to only
being able to process your pages through our site a total of 75times per 30
day period. Basically, what this means is, you can only process your
webpage file that many times in a month. For most everyone, this is well more
than the number of times you would ever need to update your pages in a month.
Should your needs exceed this limitation, please contact us to discuss
your options, and inform us of your needs.
So, in sum, here is how the costs of working with our service
works:
* Pay a Signup Fee along with the cities and states combination of your
choice. This gives you 30 days access to the site and your purchased cities and states. Our current signup price is $250.00.
* After your 30 days access runs out, if you wanted to
process more webpages, simply purchase an additional 30 day subscription to the
cities and states of your choice.
